Eric has extensive experience in all areas of corporate finance with a particular emphasis on IPOs and RTOs, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, capital management, and strategic advisory.

Prior to joining Wis Capital, Eric was the Director and Head of Investment Banking of an Australian national investment banking group.

 

He also specialises in assisting early-stage, growth companies from emerging industries to develop business strategy, execute the business plan, get investment ready, raise capital, and execute exit strategies.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fudan University, and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of New South Wales.
